Readings are available only to clients age 18 or older. By booking a reading, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to purchase these services.

For ethical reasons, I do not provide readings involving:

• Legal or financial decisions
• Predicting exact timelines or guaranteed future outcomes
• Mediumship or contacting the deceased
• Third-party readings about another person's thoughts, intentions, or actions

Examples include questions such as:

• “Is my partner cheating?”

By booking a reading, you agree that you:

• Will treat the session with respect and refrain from abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Will frame questions in good faith and in the spirit of personal insight

Clients retain full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and outcomes following a reading. Ellie the Moonchild is not responsible for any decisions made based on information or interpretations provided during a reading.

Yes/No questions are generally discouraged, as tarot tends to provide richer guidance through reflective exploration.

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a reading at any time if these guidelines are not respected.

✧ Liability Waiver ✧

By booking a reading, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Ellie the Moonchild from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use or interpretation of the reading.

✧ Refund & Cancellation Policy ✧

Recorded and email readings are non-refundable once delivered.

For live sessions:

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before your scheduled session for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session, or no-shows, will receive a refund minus a 10% late cancellation fee.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.

Failure to adhere to these policies may result in permanent refusal of future services.

These terms and any services provided by Ellie the Moonchild shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, regardless of the client's location.

By booking a session, clients agree that any disputes arising from services will be resolved under California law.
